• SPIRITS TASTIVAL VARNA, and all events organized by BGBARMAN LTD under the brand TASTIVAL support responsible consumption and encourages guests to enjoy the festival, while drinking in moderation.
• The legal age requirement for consuming alcohol beverages in Bulgaria is 18 years old. All visitors can be possibly submitted to provide a legal document that verifies legal age requirement. 
• Access to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited, whether accompanied by a parent, chaperone or guardian. Please take this into account when planning your visit and purchasing a ticket.
• On entry your ticket will be scanned and you will be given a festival bracelets which you will need to carry while attending the event.
• All visitors are advised not to consume alcohol on an empty stomach.
• The festival offers accommodating catering and boutique chocolate, desserts, coffee and delicacies. Hotel Cherno More`s Restaurant is right next door to the festival and will be working with a specially curated menu during the event.  Our visitors are strongly encouraged not to try alcoholic drinks on an empty stomach. Please note, that only food bought at the festival can be consumed there.
• All visitors are encouraged to stay hydrated with water at all times and make enough brakes between tasting sessions. There will be designated places on the festival area with free water. 
• The festival is a tasting event and any excessive consumption of alcohol will not be tolerated. 
• In the interest of a good festival atmosphere and especially the well-being of exhibitors, you may be refused service of alcohol if you are judged to be intoxicated.
• Visitors who appear intoxicated, violate the rules, interfere with other visitors or exhibitors, or otherwise disrupt the normal conduct of the event will be asked to leave the festival.
• Festival staff will be available throughout the event to assist you if you have any questions regarding the organization of the festival.
• The General Terms and Conditions and the Rules of Procedure of the festival are mandatory for all participants in the events of BGBARMAN OOD, as well as for all suppliers of goods and services in the event area. By entering the event area, participants unconditionally agree to comply with them.
• Refunds of entrance tickets or renewed access to the festival will not be granted to persons who have not complied with the General Terms and Conditions and the Internal Rules. 
• With the purchase of a ticket for the festival, you agree to the internal rules and general conditions of the festival.
